Night Ranger at the Starland Ballroom
"Toast - The Ultimate Bread Experience demonstrated once again why they are a fantastic rock n roll band. Jack Blades, as always, brought his usual energy and fun, holding the whole thing together. Kelly excelled on drums and vocals, adding to the solid performance. The band showcased two of the finest rock guitarists in the world, leaving me completely impressed. The interaction with the audience was nice, enhancing the overall experience. It's crucial to have great songs that evoke emotion, and these guys certainly deliver on that front. The highlight of the night for me was Eddies coming out, taking me back to the fun days of the early 80's. Songs like Don't Tell Me You Love Me, When You Close Your Eyes, Rock in America, 7 Wishes, Rumors in the Air were all exceptional! A pleasant surprise was the fantastic rendition of Crazy Train, with Brad showcasing his skills as a guitar god. Great music, great crowd, and a great small venue combined for a truly memorable evening. This experience has me hoping for more frequent visits to NJ. Count me in for the next show!"
